Which courier service do you use?
We ship via DPD Courier for all domestic and international deliveries.
Can I choose express shipping?
At the moment, we only offer standard shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping may be available during special promotions. Check our website or social media for updates.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address.
TRACKING & DELIVERY ISSUES
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking link via email. You can track your package in real time.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please check your tracking link. If there are any issues, contact us.
What if I’m not home when my package arrives?
The courier may leave a delivery attempt notice. You can reschedule delivery or pick it up from the nearest courier facility.
Do you offer store pick-up?
Yes! Choose “Store Pick-up” at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted under our standard return policy, items must be:
